No hardware needed at all. MemoFaceAI runs on any standard Android or iOS smartphone your organization already owns. There are no proprietary cameras, fingerprint devices, or dedicated terminals to purchase. This is typically the biggest cost saving versus biometric systems.
At the end of your pilot program, you choose a paid plan or your account pauses — no automatic charges, no credit card required to start. All your data is saved for 30 days after pilot program expiry so you can pick up exactly where you left off when you're ready.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans can be cancelled at renewal. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal date.
School pricing is ₹20 per student per month, billed monthly based on your enrolled student count. A 500-student school pays ₹10,000/month (₹1.2L/year). Teachers are included at no extra charge. Pricing is confirmed at the start of each academic year and doesn't change mid-year even if enrollment changes.
Starter plans include one HRMS integration. Enterprise includes all: Greythr, Keka, Zoho People, SAP HCM, Darwinbox, and BambooHR. Integrations are real-time — not CSV exports. We also support custom API connections for proprietary payroll systems on Enterprise plans.
Yes. All face data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256. We are PDPA compliant and do not sell or share biometric data with any third party. Face templates are stored locally on-device by default and synced to encrypted cloud storage only if you enable multi-device mode.
Most organizations are fully live within 48 hours. Our onboarding team guides you through account setup, employee enrollment (bulk import via CSV or ERP sync), and device configuration remotely — no on-site visit required. For Enterprise organizations with 1,000+ users, we allow up to 5 days.
